The Fiji Surfing Association President John Philp this week met with two representatives of the China Water Sports Administration who are in Fiji to attend the 2013 Volcom Fiji Pro.

Wei Xing (Sec. General of Chinese Extreme Sports Association & Chief Division of China Water Sports Administration) & Liu Qing (Sec. of China Water Sports Administration) are in Fiji to watch the Volcom ASP event in Fiji, to further educate the Chinese officials in the running of professional surfing events, surfing in general, and to hold meetings regarding the ASP Surfing events on Hainan Island, China.

They were accompanied to Fiji by Dane Jordan from the ASP Australasia office.
