Fiji Surfing Assoc : Head Coach

The FSA Coaching Manager would be responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers in coaching, judging, officiating and competing within the sport of surfing.

Successful candidate would set performance measures, evaluates productivity, and assists other volunteers to create long-term career plans within the FSA.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10 years experience in surf coaching and coach supervision at national or state level. Proven program development experience.

• Demonstrate 5 – 8 years of elite coaching experience to World Championship level.

QUALIFICATIONS :

•   Train The Trainer certification to ISA standard
•   Level 2 Coaching
•   Level 2 Judge and Teacher training

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
